Cancellation Policy:

You agree to give at least one full business day's notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than one full business day's notice may incur a charge of 50% of the consultation fee. By providing sufficient notice, we can schedule accordingly without disruption.

Last-minute cancellations increase running costs, and we want to keep costs as low as possible. To do that, it is essential to schedule animals in a travel-efficient manner. We understand that emergencies happen from time to time. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.

No Show Policy:

A No-Show occurs if there is no safe location for treating the animal at the time of consultation, or if a responsible person is not present to handle the animal at the scheduled appointment. For online clients, a No-Show occurs if the client fails to join the consultation or accept the call at the scheduled time.

• Our staff will not catch horses; please refrain from asking this.

• Animals will only be treated when their owner or a representative of the owner is present and able to handle the animal where needed.

• Any representative of the owner must be familiar with the animal and the animal's behaviour.

In the event of a no-show, the full consultation fee and travel fee will be charged.

Owners' Responsibility:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a safe area out of the rain to treat the animal and that a handler is present. If your location is suitable for fair-weather-only appointments, it is your responsibility to cancel with at least one full business day's notice should the weather prevent treatment; otherwise, you will be charged a No-Show or Cancellation fee.  

Online Clients are responsible for ensuring they can connect to their online consultation at the scheduled time.

Please note:

Canine Body Balance reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time. This may occur for various reasons, including but not limted to:

• Safety reasons,

• Due to circumstances outside of our control,

• If we receive information indicating that the client is likely unable to meet the Owners' Responsibilities,

If we cancel your booking because we believe the Owners' Responsibilities will not be met, you will be charged the cancellation fee.
